Letter size
Every media has a limitation and it is not different with the embroideries. Letters smaller than 4 mm don´t offer good reading in cloths like wool and pique. Thus, our digitizers will always suggest the suitable letter size to obtain good reading in embroidering texts.
Outlines and stitch types
1. Sometimes, when an art has many outlines laid over, it is necessary to simplify, that is, eliminate some outlines so that the embroidery does not seem too heavy, and to avoid the needles to break and/or the cloth to tear.
2. The outline is a way of finishing the embroidery. Therefore, it is not advisable to use fulfilled forms without an outline. Besides, fillings in fillstitches look better when outlined with Satin stitch.
Thread cuts
The good quality embroidery has not only the plastic beauty of art, but also offer speed and feasibility at moment of production.
All the embroideries developed in our company are designed to turn the production dynamic. A good way of obtaining efficacy is to eliminate unnecessary thread cuts between objects that are too close.
Cloths and application
Each cloth or application requires a specific program. For instance, it is not possible to use the program for wool in a cap. Thus, it is essential to inform, at the moment of the order, the type of cloth and application of the embroidery.
To reduce or enlarge the embroideries
An embroidery can be reduced or enlarged up to 10% without losing its program. Variations greater than that require the properties to be adapted.
Loyalty with the art
In order to guarantee the maximum loyalty between the image and the final result it is needed:
1. To send the art with high resolution
2. To determine the number of colors the client desires (when it is already defined by the client)
3. To define the final size and the cloth
4. To use the right number of backing and the hoop must be well stretched and rigid.
